Recruitment

After receiving and analysing your resume, we proceed to a pre-qualification by contacting the selected candidates by phone. Then, we invite you to take either a dexterity test (for production) or a digital personality test (for managers/employees).

Next is the interview with human resources manager and the team manager. Depending on the position, employees/executives may have an additional interview with another manager of the relevant team or a team member.

Following these interviews, you will be systematically contacted again whether your application is successful or not. If you are hired, you will be exposed to the various processes within the company and you will participate to our onboarding journey from the day you arrive.

Onboarding

We think that recruitment can only be considered as successful if the integration is successful ! Therefore, we accompany our newcomers in their first steps by offering an onboarding program combining digital modules, encounters, training sessions and collective moments

Training

Because we know that well-trained employees are more productive, we devote substantial resources to learning and development. Whether in a traditional format or through our own e-learning platform Maco Online, we expand our training offer each year for the whole Group.

The purpose of supplychain is to satisfy customer demand by identifying current and future expectations, using innovative flow management solutions.

The teams’ mission is to synchronize and optimize all the different links in the supply chain, from the production supply process to delivery to the end customer.

We “support life” by delivering our products at the right time, in the right quality and at the best cost!

PRODUCTION

Our production teams: production operators, machine operators, maintenance technicians, team leaders, production managers coordinate their technical expertise to ensure the deployment and smooth operation of our production apparatus to best serve the needs of our customers for ever safer and more efficient products.

To serve our customers and our markets, Macopharma is active on the 5 continents and distributes its products in more than 80 countries. As part of Marketing team, we perform a variety of functions to support the promotion of our brand and keep updated our portfolio through different tools for Market knowledge of all product ranges.

Effective marketing departments can help companies grow and expand to reach their highest potential, and it is our goal to work closely with sells, regulatory, purchasing, R&D, and all the organization to achieve the best understanding of the customer and introduce to the field the best products. Internally, we produce all the documentation necessary to comply all customers needs and also perform trainings to keep the processing and product knowledge update within our colleagues.

Our strength lies in being a multidisciplinary team with in-depth knowledge of our products, standards, and regulations, with a strong analytical mindset and adaptability, while ensuring excellent team cohesion

Medical Affairs Officer

The Medical Affairs Department gives the opportunity to have a direct influence on patients’ and donors’ health. The professionals in this department are the company’s medical-scientific representatives and work closely with scientists and healthcare professionals around the world. They are also responsible for the clinical evaluation, clinical studies and post-market surveillance of medical devices.

Working in Medical Affairs means adopting a scientific approach, adopting a global view, making informed decisions, working as a team at the interface of many departments and having the interest of the patients as a doctrine.
